My 2009 came with cargo straps and the 2011 and 2012 did not. Anyone have a source for cargo straps? Thanks,

The cargo straps on the 2009 had a hook on each end. I thnik I have one each of the ones you listed for the 2011 and 2012.
They are for holding down the wheel if you get a flat and have to put on the spare. I hunted around and got a "bungie net". You can move the hooks around on the bungie cords. Works well for holding any shape item. Straps for flat tyre, net for cargo.
Straps I've found at the auto parts store won't grab into the kid-seat hardpoints on the backs of the rear seats. I borrowed the tire straps from my old Matrix, which have a really nice shallow clip that works great on all the various attachments in the Prius. Sadly, the adjustment range is narrow and silly, so I'd still like to put new strap material on those old clips.
