Car not starting

    Hi I have a 2010 Prius gen 4, it has 150,000 miles on it, new battery two years ago, it been well maintained. The pass week when you go out it’s decided to not start unless it’s jumped, I had it checked out the batteries are good, what could be causing this? It’s not showing any codes that are bad. Any ideas? The help is greatly appreciated.

    How was it checked? If it starts when it's jumped, you can suspect the 12v battery.
    Did you get a new 12v battery or Hybrid battery 2 years ago?

    A 2 year old battery "should" be good, but it will depend on the brand, and how much
    you drive it. If the car sits a lot and you only drive a few miles a week, it won't be enough
    to keep it charged up.

    If you have an AGM battery charger you should put that on the battery overnight, if possible,
    so it will have a good charge.
