Can someone explain how I can get to the dash fuse box?

    I see in the manual it's under the steering wheel but I don't see any way to access it.

    Its under the left-center edge of the lower dash below steering wheel.
    Retangular box, that you pop the cover off. To access, push drivers seat back, get down on your knees and stick you head under the dash, twist left and look up. Basic interior fuses are in there. More are under the hood fuse box.
