    Hi guys,

I was going to buy a mattress and box spring (full or queen) but wasn't sure if it would fit my V with the rear seats down. I couldn't find any specific dimensions of the cargo space. Please let me know if you have the dimensions or any experience buying mattresses from Costco.

    Thanks,

    Jeremy

Start looking for a truck to borrow. Only a twin mattress has a chance width wise (max about 44" diagonal hatch opening).

These cheesecake boxes are about 10 inches square by 6 inches tall.

Twin: 39 in by 75 in
Full: 54 in by 75 in
Queen: 66 in by 80 in
King: 76 in by 80 in
California King: 72 in by 84 in

So quite a few twins would fit, but not even one Full is guarantied.

Put the mattress on the roof and tie it down. I've done that a number of times. Not too stressful if you keep the speed down under 40 mph.
I wouldn't do this on a rainy day.

My daughter tried to pick up a queen mattress in a Ford Expedition. It wouldn't fit in that either.
