We have 2010 Prius package 2 without a navigation system but with Bluetooth "optional equipment" that costs us $299 on the price sheet. There is what looks like a phone button by the ignition but bottom line is that, even using the manual, we can't figure out how to get it going. Can anyone explain or at least point us to some more simplified explanation? Do you have to have the navigation system to get any bluetooth capability? We will go back to the dealer eventually about it but would like to be able to figure it out without having to do so.
Is this what you are talking about, Blu Logic? http://priuschat.com/forums/gen-iii...3-bluetooth-in-non-nav-prius.html#post1096068 Blu Logic Handsfree Solutions: Compatible Devices
Thanks for directing me to this thread Paradox which didn't pop up in my search. The phrase Blu Logic does not look familiar to me but I will go out right now and try out those instructions.
I just went out and tried it and it worked! . . . even though the Palm Pre is not listed as a "compatible" phone. Thanks again Paradox!
