Just purchased a 2007 Prius. Lived in NYC for the past 16 years so cars and electronics are over my head. I'm looking for a good solution to stream music from my iPhone 13. I was also wanting to know if there is a way to show navigation from my iPhone on the screen in the car?

Also, while I'm here, any suggestions on getting an affordable speaker system? The sound system in the car is just ok.

Any insight and suggestions are much appreciated!

Crutchfield.com will have solutions matched to your car or Bestbuy or any car stereo installer.

As to the streaming question …Does your Prius have the AUX IN port in the console? If so, you can use a cable but that is old school.
A simple and better option is to spend $40 on a high quality Bluetooth receiver like this
TUNAI Firefly LDAC Bluetooth Receiver: High Resolution Wireless Audio Bluetooth 5.0 Adapter with Audiophile USB DAC 3.5mm AUX for Car/Home Stereo Hi Res Music Streaming; Auto On, No Charging Needed

The sound quality is excellent due to its noise limiting circuits and Sony LDAC

Showing navigation on the stock Prius MFD screen is complicated and typically beyond the cost most people want to spend. There are aftermarket CarPlay add-ons but what is your time and $ budget?

Pete, The Hybrid Guy, installed this on his Gen 2. Pretty neat, but does come with a cost.

I would go with an aftermarket CarPlay compatible radio. Pretty easy. I did it when I had my '05. Just get a high quality brand. I got a Boss Audio. It was great, but you get what you pay for. It did have some glitches. Customer Service was great, but the replacement one they sent me eventually started glitching again. When I do a radio upgrade again, I'll probably go with a Pioneer head unit.
