I have a 2018 Prime Plus, and I usually play music over bluetooth from my Google Pixel. Google Play Music is the only music app I use.

There are four bugs that I've noticed so far:

    1. Sometimes changing the volume up or down makes the song that's playing skip back to the beginning. This happens whether I use the volume knob or the up/down buttons on the wheel. Each step in volume change causes one skip back to the start of the song, so if I change the volume a lot the song will get stuck for a few seconds. Occasionally when this bug happens I lose the ability to skip to the next song from the steering wheel controls. This bug happens about 10% of the time. Rebooting the head unit doesn't fix it. Pausing and restarting the music on the phone doesn't fix it. And the one time I tried rebooting the car that didn't fix it either. It eventually goes away after not driving for a while.

    2. Sometimes the volume knob works as expected, but the display that shows bars for the volume and the number for the volume level doesn't show up. I've only seen this once or twice.

    3. Sometimes music autoplays when I turn on the car, but not usually. Usually it does the opposite of what I want. It auto plays maybe 25% of the time, and the rest of the time I have to manually push play on my phone.

    4. Sometimes if nothing is playing, if I turn up the volume on the head unit, music will spontaneously start. This happens in particular if I'm navigating with Google Maps but not playing music, but sometimes it happens if nothing is playing. Sometimes just the Google Maps navigation audio will cause music to start after that.

Has anyone else had these bugs? Is there anything we can do about it?

I am having a weird audio issue also. I don't use Entune:mad::mad::mad:, but I do stream internet audio content via my mobile phone, connected via Bluetooth. On a not regular basis there is a noticeable audio skip. This doesn't happen when I use the same phone in another car. Any ideas?

I finally figured out the problem. My wife and both have iPhones. I am "primary" for music. She is "primary" for phone. When she is not in the car, there are no skips. When she is, lots of skips. She is the primary driver, but she doesn't use the BT phone when I am driving. So, we made her secondary on phone, also. Seems to have fixed the problem.

I don't have that problem, but I haven't had audio issues in a couple weeks, so maybe it went away?
