As you can see in the photo, I have a black cherry pearl 2013 Persona. I still really like the color and often people as me if it is a stock color. I wonder why this is the only model and year that this color was used. It always gets compliments.
It's the Persona model... I have probably seen no more than 20 in black cherry in the L.A. area since I bought this one new in 2013. There was no Persona in 2014 and when it came back in 2015 they didn't include the black cherry pearl color. The 2013 Persona came in black, white or black cherry. 2014... no Persona The 2015 Persona came in black, white or red.
i remember seeing one on the lot when i was buying my wifes '13 hycam. nice looking car, but i have never seen one in the wild.
I have seen a few around my area. The Black Cherry Pearl is absolutely gorgeous and have always wondered why it disappeared.
Persona owners are special! We have a "special" edition trim. We can get into elite clubs non persona prius cant, that's fact.
I read some where it was only in production for 3 months. I wonder how many persona were made. I want to know so I could destroy them all and become the ONE!
I saw another one pull into the gas pump next to me once, and the guy didn't even acknowledge mine next to him. Apparently, it didn't matter that they were quite rare!
