I've tried ebay and found several supposed factory OEM wheels in the $100 range and the ads state 2010-2015 Prius but when I plug the part number in (4261147270) various sites will tell me it is not compatible with 2010. The only difference for 2010 and 2011 rims, they are not black. It's the same in every way compared to 2012 to 2015 rims

Never once seen a decent price for a replacement wheel when it comes to buying online. But if you go deep into Craigslist wheels & tires section you'll eventually find something near where you live. Also the local auto wrecker might have one. I bought a set of Gen3 wheels for $125 once and I've seen them listed at that price several times. Of course buying just one is harder to find because most people sell them as a set with worn out tires on them when they upgrade to new wheels to go with new tires. Alternatively, old Toyota Celica wheels fit on a Prius.
