Bed pan white enamel interior

Level 2 on the US models at least reins it in a little, black centre console??

No ideas, just commiseration: it seems a little bald that they make the white interior, and then offer a gloss-black applique package to cover it up.

Some people actually like the white... (Me being one.)

 

there is an optional kit to cover the center console and shifter area. i guess you could paint or wrap the steering wheel.
whether toyota will make changes, no one knows, but they always change things. eventually.

 

Interior options for the prius (any of them that I can tell) is/has been limited. You can pick a trim level, and color... and I believe that's about it.

 

I like the white...But I get that others don't...The option to make the shifter black was nice but for people who don't like the white, the lack of a way to transform the steering wheel seems like a gap Toyota should consider addressing.

The good news is: The higher the volumes, the more options (like trim levels) can be justified by Toyota...
So here's to hoping....

My Three Touring has the white on the steering wheel and around the shifter. The rest is piano black. I think it's a nice accent against the Blizzard Pearl exterior.

 

They are posting about the Prius Prime. AFAIK all have the white.
The Trim Two Liftback and possibly other trims have a Matte black console. It looks better than the white with the covering, IMHO.

 

what bothers me is that so many dealers are bringing in black interiors because moonstone is the only other option. what happen to beige and gray?

 

And textures: they wear better than gloss anything I think.

 

I personally hate the white toilet bowl piece on the steering wheel. I attempted to order a black cover for it on ebay. Paid for it, but it never arrived.

Mine came in today from China... looks good.

 

I got beige in my 2017 Gen 4. My local salesman insisted that Trim Two only had black interior.

 

I would like a nice bedpan blue.


But I've always been partial to blue.
