decriminalize prostitution, life sentences for pimps?

i'm not sure 'cities of sin' should be our examples, but to each his own.

 

Nevada's primary Sin Cities are not examples of legalization. It is legal in only certain counties, and even there not in all cities. With legalized and regulated practitioners capturing only 1.5% of the market, I doubt they are getting much tax money from it.

Wallace Idaho was an example of illegal but widely tolerated and accepted sex work. Even from far away, I heard it mentioned frequently while it was still practiced:

Though when Charles Kuralt of CBS' very long running "On The Road" segment visited Wallace, he focused on the last stoplight on I-90, not the town's other source of infamy.
