just came home and while inching into the garage on EV, noticed that the battery fan was on. I have not noticed this before, except for when the battery is actually charging. I waiting a minute before powering down, and the fan stopped when the power switch was pressed. outside temp about 74 and no ac or fan was running. Headlights were on though. and about 0.8 ev miles remained. Probably completely normal, as we just dont hear fan while driving or out in traffic.
I've heard it before while the car was on also. Like you, I didnt notice it until after I had parked.
