    Hello Everyone!

    After searching the forums, watching youtube videos and lookup up articles on my issue. I am now stuck.

    I just purchased a 2007 Prius Touring and there are a few issues which I diagnosed and in the process of repairing. The first issue is that both airbag lights are on (B1801) and I had purchased a new clock spring for repair. If that isn't the problem, I was hoping anyone could chime in on other possible solutions. The second issue is that I am reading a code (C1336) for Zero Point and I'm going to try the paperclip method to clear the code today. The third issue is I am getting a B1440 code for the air conditioner but everything is working well, I am not sure as to why it is throwing the code.

    The last issue is the one I cannot figure out at all with no code. My backup camera is not engaging at all, the radio display is off, the MFD is working fine as well as the clock; so I ruled out fuses. I am stuck on this one, could anyone provide guidance on this as well as some tips for the issues above?

    Is the radio the stock one, or was it replaced with an aftermarket one?

    Also, I took away the trims to get to the back of the MFD and I'm seeing that there are two ports without plugs. I can't find a diagram or anything to tell me what those ports are for. Can anyone assist?

    Double-check the part number on the back is actually the correct one for your Touring.

    Also, search the "Gen 2 Prius Audio and Electronics" forum for discussions on this subject (use the Advanced Search options by clicking on the "More..." button) as there were some very good posts with a lot of that detail.

    You also might want the consider asking a moderator to move this thread to that forum. (Use the report button at the bottom-left of each post and, in the pop-up, ask for this to be done.)

    @dolj

    Thank you for that. I'm even more confused now. And I also just found out that the car I bought has the older instrument cluster installed (I'm trying to find the right side one, bought a left). So I have that going for me too now.

    The car has the back up camera and the MFD that has the four side buttons (non nav) and from what I'm reading, I'm supposed to have the nav MFD. If that's the case.. I would need to the right side cluster as well as the other mfd (if I want the back up camera).

    Can someone confirm this to be true? I'm finding a lot of interesting things about this car that I had just bought.

    Contact Matt @Texas Hybrid Batteries. He will sort out your combination meter (CM) issues at a very reasonable price.

    I'm fairly sure the CM and MFD issues are totally independent of each other, but I can understand you will want to fix them both to restore the car to what it is supposed to be.

    The answers to your question regarding the MFD is somewhere in the forums. Use the Search function to find them.

    To anyone that needs this issue resolved. Replace the Clock Spring (B1801) and install the correct Clusters (Back-up camera issue).
