While it's possible for ECUs to go bad, they are no-moving-parts solid-state devices and it isn't common.

You have a collection of codes that are about communication issues between different ECUs. I would open the repair manual (probably to the Multiplex Communication section, first) and start working through the diagnosis of the communication networks. A wiring or connection issue would be on my list of suspects, ahead of possible ECUs going bad.

Corrosion at electrical connections is one clue.

Not really immersed in a real flood? Or really immersed in a fake flood?

I chatted with car owner. He informed me nothing was happened like flooding the car or have any accidents. He disconnected 12v Battery and all the codes disappeared. He visited Toyota dealership, they only cleaned spark plugs and fuel injectors.

Might turn out to be something besides flooding. Just seemed a likely guess.
