I took our 2008 touring in for the recall work (steering shaft, water pump and the gas pedal) picked it up a day later all work free of charge and the through in a free rental! My paper work suggested a few other things needing to be done. Clean the MAF and Throttle body, being a DIY guy I did these items myself and my mileage on our next tank went up to 53mpgs!! I would suggest if you see a drop in milage even if your not check them out, easy to do for a jump in MPGs!

Does anyone have instruction on "Clean the MAF and Throttle body" on Prius 2008?
    Thanks!
