    I was reading this and for some odd reason it had a biasness towards hybrids in my view. Whatchya think?

    Interesting - they didn't rank them for environmental friendliness.

    Why not ask those who have been driving them? They're basically taking EPA data and making inferences from potential buyer responses.

    everytime i read something that is from JD power, or consumer reports or much less any "automotive expert" review thing, i always get the sense that hybrids portrayed by them are odd cars with no consumer interest.

    But there are some misconceptions. Consumers purchasing hybrid vehicles expected a fuel-economy improvement by 28 mpg compared to a similar powered gas-only vehicle. Reality, however, showed hybrid buyers only gaining an improvement of 9 mpg.

    I don't know about anyone else, but I gained 22 mpg once I purchased my Prius. And I drove a 2 door Saab initially, who is onlly getting only 9 mpg improvement?

    That was a lame page filler of an article.
