Sounds like something from "The Onion", but a Polish man is actually suing Wikipedia because somebody called him a troll. We're in trouble, folks. Note: When I started this thread, the first "similar thread" the board suggested was the "The so-called "hybrid premium"" thread.
Why can he sue Wikipedia? Shouldn't he have to sue the posters who he is accusing? Is he suing Wiki for not providing their information so he can do that? If their info is secure, why isn't his? The internet can be as anonymous or as public as you want it to be. If he makes himself a "public figure" he is open for criticism, right? Something's wrong if he wins that case.
