Are there apps that will test my battery even with dead cells?

A couple of the cells in my Gen 3's battery finally gave up with code P0AFC. I want to replace the bad cells for a temporary fix, but I was wondering if there's any way for me to check for other bad cells before I buy replacements, rather than replacing the 2 bad cells now only to immediately find out there are other cells needing replacement.
