    Does anybody know if Toyota will have a low APR promotion for Prius? I am looking into buy one but don't want to pay more than %2.9.

    Don't hold your breath. It's still selling pretty fast and furious in most places so they have little motivation for promotions. You might get lucky if there's a drop in sales sometime in the future.
