I have been trying to get into contact with the Hymotion/A123 people concerning a Prius battery pack warranty question, but they have not responded to emails or phone calls using the contact information on the website. Anyone know someone "on the inside" over there who will respond to a question?

    Thanks!

Might be easiest to start out with your installer. Do you have their number?
Or if they are not reachable, try the installer closest to you.

If you are in the Midwest you could call Smart Motors in Madison, WI at (877) 397-6278

Thanks. We started with the seller's installer but no dice. However, after several days, we were just yesterday able to make contact with someone. I guess they just don't answer their website e-mails and phone number.

That is not a good sign.
