Any ideas on how to test Evap Vent Tube / Charcoal Filter?

Daughter's 2015 is not venting properly and won't take fuel. No error codes. I purchased a used charcoal vapor canister assembly from ebay and installed it, but no change. I'm wondering if it is the vent tube? Are both canisters bad? Is there a way I can somehow test it to know if the vent tube is clear? I'm not sure which tube(s) are affected. Anyone have any success in diagnosing / resolving this problem?

Maybe try a different gas station with pumps that aren't such high pressure? As in, I'm having a hard time understanding how that system could get clogged and would rather blame the overly-sensitive shutoff function that is dealing with too high of a pressure setting.

There are procedures to test to evap system with a smoke generator You generally pump smoke in that green capped tube under the hood and then you can see smoke coming from the gas tank seal on the cap and various and sundry other places where evap is not supposed to back up or you won't see anything and that's how it's supposed to be there will be instructions in the manual here online that'll show how the EVAP system is supposed to work so are you saying before whatever this problem that is developed you were able to gas up the car and a minute and a half and now it takes 5 minutes? Lot of stopping and restarting the handles shooting off all the time that's interesting and the Gen 3 that's usually not too much of an issue. I wouldn't think it would necessarily be the evap system but maybe a one-way valve somewhere in all that piping involved with the fuel and evap and all that.
