Apologies for yet another tyre thread! In the UK we are subject to EU laws (that's another gripe, but no time here!) one of which shows at a glance how a tyre is rated. I have found Dunlop SP Blueresponse 87H tyres with a B rating for fuel economy, A for handling in the wet and a low decibel rating of 67db. They also have the Efficient Grip Performance 87H tyre which has the same ratings to the above, but with 68db. On paper this seems like the ideal tyre for a Prius. Is anyone using these and what do you think of them?
Have a look at my post linked below. If you go to 205/55/16 tyres there are lots of advantages including a substantial difference in the price. Any questions just ask. Low Rolling Resistance replacement tyres (Europe) John (Britprius)
