Annoying Confirmation Screen

    Does anyone know how to turn OFF the annoying confirmation screen that pops up when you turn on cruise control (or) use it? This is the screen that appears when you first turn it on or apply the brakes. I know you can hit the (back arrow) to cancel it, but I'd rather it didn't appear at all since the cruise indicator light shows up as well...

    Use the D-pad on the right side of the steering wheel, to arrow left or right until you're to the settings menu.

    Arrow down to Meter Customize (the speedometer icon with a gear) and hit the center button in the D-pad.

    Arrow down to Pop-up Display On/Off, and hit the center button.

    Arrow down to Cruise Control Operation Display, and hit the center button.

    Arrow down to Off, and hit the center button.

    Back out all the way, then use the left or right arrows to put the multi-information display back how it was.

    Note that you'll still get notifications of your cruise control setpoint this way, you just lose the instructional notification of how to use the cruise control.

    Awesome. Wish I could turn off a few more of these screens...
