I've been following the EGR/PCV/OCC discussion for a while now. And, it would be helpful to have a (simple?) schematic diagram of the entire air intake system through the intake manifold. This would also include locations of various electrical components such as sensors and actuators.

Is there a reference to such a diagram? More generally, does Prius Chat have a repository of references for, say, diagrams, specifications, service requirements, etc.?

Yeah that stuff gets lost in posts I would think any of the long 30 or 40 or 60 post things about cleaning the EGR should render you a diagram Google may do the same It's the two ZFXR FXE hybrid duty engine with the electric EGR system should not be hard to find if I get around to it later I'll try and get you a link but you won't be dealing with that whole shebang when you're cleaning You're just going to take off that silver stainless steel looking bright silver cooler looks like a little radiator the EGR valve itself off and you might opt to take off the intake manifold that's got a hose or two and some vacuum lines attached to it easy peasy everything goes back only one way kind of hard to screw up except if you forget to stick a hose back on when you're sticking the intake manifold back on You have to take it all back off to reach it or whatever so don't be that. But anyway there's always that just trying to make it easy on you getting the cooler off is a bit tricky I removed two studs and used bolts on the return I also don't have the lower nut on the cooler at all It's just not worth my time trying to get it back on it'll never be needed I need to be able to get the cooler off faster than slower because this has to be done like every 60k and in my world that comes pretty fast or it used to
