Affordable 220v volt charge

    What’s the one to buy for a 220v. I have 220v in my garage.

    It depends on how much you want to spend and what features you want. Cheapest would be to make an adapter to plug in your original EVSE. Next up would be the Chinese L2 EVSEs for about $200 or less. Faster than the adapted original cable. Then you can get into the various wall mounted models that you can control with your phone, they'll send you notices when the charging is done, and I think some will polish your wheels. :D

    I have one of the cheepo Chinese Duosaida devices and it's worked great for me for almost four years, but I did have to modify the pins slightly because it was grabbing pretty tightly to the car's charging port.
