OP may get many opinions, including mine.

Do a utube search and there are comparison tests of cleaners.
My recollection is Royal Purple was the best.

But, using top tier detergent fuel 100% of the time may be best.
Change top tier fuel brands ever so often so different brand detergents
can do some different chemical cleaning.

Me, I always use top tier and then use Techron concentrate in the fuel tank before an oil change
just because I am a "gear head".

Also some full throttle acceleration will increase the amount of fuel pressure
sent through the injectors, helping to clean out any debris in the injectors.

Then OP asks will it help?
No knowing what drivability symptoms spur that question it may be to late
and an injector rebuild and spray test or replacement may be called for.

    Have fun.

    Help with what, exactly ?
And what brand of cleaner did you have in mind ??

In general, they will help keep the injectors from sticking.
The only ones I use are Techron and Berrymans B12 Chemtool, the latter mostly for carbs.

This spring it seemed like our 2010's mpg was not picking up, so a while back I tried a fuel injector cleaner, the kind you add when filling the tank. Within maybe 10 kms we loaned our car to our son and daughter-in-law, and they drove it for most of that tank. She's a fairly aggressive driver, and we got it back it was one of the worst tanks, lol.

Anyway, NEXT tank, the car back with us, was very good, pretty much the best I've ever seen. We've had a couple more fillups since and it seems to be falling off again. Next tank I may "dose it" again.

This is the stuff I've tried, got it on a half-price sale, $6.99 CDN, and it's a bit over 5 doses, for 45 liter Prius tank. It notes on the ingredients that it has PolyEtherAmine (PEA), supposedly a good injector cleaner:

MotoMaster F1 Extra-Strength Fuel Injector Cleaner, 473-mL (bit of a mouthful )
