So the threaded hole is where the damage is not on the farruel that you turn with the wrench is this correct if so you need a thread chasing tool I believe that's 6 mm I don't know the pitch exactly wouldn't be too hard to figure out you can take the feral that you turn with the wrench that's mounted on the pipe and taking 8 mm nut and see if it will offer up and get an idea of the thread pitch I can't remember what the options are for the 6 mm or it may be five I don't know I'd take a couple of metric screws and just see what threads in there gently Don't force anything or it may be listed in the factory manual but you should be able to buy a tool that'll allow you to chase the threads or you could use a tap with flat bottom for a a hole that bottoms out and doesn't go through you don't have much room in there because of their raised portion that squeezes down on the flare so you have to be careful you should be able to get it usually that starts to happen to me and I back out and then I move the pipe a little bit and I look at the angle as the thread starts to offer up and look at how it's trying to lift or push the pipe and then back off and bend the pipe a little with my needle nose or what have you it's just something you have to feel with your fingers and once you get one or two turns on then you can go on with the wrench but you need to hold it with something like needle nose or a very small pair of vice grips and do not squeeze the pipe down You're just trying to hold it and manipulate it a very little bit Yes it's tricky
