First post....weeee! I have not seen a black Prius yet and was wondering if it is a solid black or some sort of metallic black. Thanks in advance... George in Cleveland
The Toyota website lists all the colors, and all but black have the word "metallic" in them, implying they are a metallic paint job. The black is just listed as black. So I think it is just a nice, shiny black.
Nice, shiny black for a few weeks. Then it's nice, swirled, scratched black. Very dissapointing. Avoid the black Prius if you can.
Thanks for reply I took a look today it is a solid black, which is what I like. My current black car is over 3 years old and it still look show room shiny but then again it has never seen an automatic wash, its garage kept and washed weekly. Thanks for the help.
