    "General Motors Corp. and DaimlerChrysler AG's Chrysler Group plan to add bright yellow ones to cars and trucks that can run on E85.."

    "Ford Motor Co. plans to get rid of gas caps altogether, replacing them with a capless system that the automaker says is easier to use and easier on the environment."

    Well, darell should be happy... we're getting rid of the gas caps! finally, he'll have more people to relate to! :p.

    that being said, this is really just an advertising gimic for the companies involved, nothing more.

    Ahhhh...the humble gas cap has now become a 'system' ...which is no doubt, an 'assembly' ...which features all of the reliability and quality we've come to expect from Ford...
