Hello Everyone. I purchased my new 2013 Prius in March, and have enjoyed every minute of it. I have two concerns with my new Prius and I was wondering if these were normal or not. 1. When I start the car after its been sitting awhile, it makes a loud fan noise that eventually stops. Is this normal? Is it a fan or the hybrid battery? 2. When I am using my windshield wipers, they make a clicking noise when they move. I have searched threads on this website but cannot seem to find anyone that has the same issue.
My rear hatch windshield wiper makes a clicking sound. It never really occurred to me that it isn't anything but normal. I guess my expectations weren't set to the idea that it would necessarily be totally silent.
