Is it working now? How did you get to it if it wasn't working? I don't know what your browser is seeing, but I see the image of the video posted in your reply and I can click on that and play it.
I took your original link, and instead of trying to open it, I copied the link location, pasted it into the address field, and stripped off the beginning part that Firefox can't understand. I was able to open the video on YouTube, I just couldn't open your link. Then I pasted the link into my reply above so that others would be able to see it.
