I have had my prius for two weeks. In the last 3 days - sometimes - when I am stopped, the gas engine stays on ( not the electric) and the "current fuel consumption display" screen reads 99.9 litre/ 100 km. Is this is normal or is it a computer problem?

Normal. It's the same as the US model Prius claiming 0 MPG when at a stop, with the engine still running

Yeah that's fine. If you think about it, if the engine is running and you're stopped, then you'll never reach 100km and thus you would be using an infinite amount of fuel to get to 100km. 99.9L is the highest it can display.
