My PiP is 6 months old with less than 3000 miles on it.

The only action item in the 6 month service is the tire rotation.

Does it make sense to go through the hassle of taking it in just to rotate tires after 3000 miles? Are the inspections worth bothering with?

I took mine in at 6 months with about 3500 miles. I'll take it in for the 1 year/10,000 mile oil change when it hits a year old even though it won't be close to having 10,000 miles on it. Toyota is providing 2 years of service so I figured I might as well use it, even if it's just a tire rotation.

depends on how much time you have on your hands and how much you like your dealer.
if you have some jackstands you could also just do the rotation yourself – it's just front to back.
