I'll wait for them to show up at a dealer. By then, my Model 3 should be close to 200,000 miles, 109,000 today after four years.

Well, I read the first article, but didn’t see range?

It will be a 2025MY, a little early for EPA numbers. The WLTP rating of the short wheelbase one is 260 miles; likely in the 220 to 230 range for EPA. The bigger one will be heavier, but it also has a larger battery. The difference in net kWH is 9, or more than the battery in the gen 4 PP.

Yeah, I suspect low 200 mile EPA range (which is why they probably didn't mention it - didn't want that taking away from all the other good things about the Buzz). Hopefully it'll have 200kW charging. VWs tend to have flat charging curves so even if it's at 150kW or 175kW, their charging times will be competitive.

No Tesla plug or adapter, no interest. A fast, reliable charging network, SuperCharger, makes up for reduced range.

I may not be reliable but VWs tend to have flat charging curves rather than peaky ones like Tesla.
