Has anybody done the roller test on the 2023 Prius AWD? I haven't been able to find one. I want to see how good the AWD system is. The last generation AWD wasn't that great from what I saw on some videos.

I saw the roller test. So, I think it would be similar. But, would like to see the 2023 Prius AWD in action. Hopefully somebody can get hands on one and test it.

    Here's the Gen 4 test:

My take: having more HP/Torque will help some scenarios, but the power distribution system determines the pass/fail in the most challenging scenario (three wheels on rollers.) I'm guessing most AWD systems fail that, so no real surprise there.

What systems pass this? Those with lockers/A-TRAC?

IDK - my old Dodge Ram had locking front hubs and a transfer case, it probably would!
