When my Dr Prius has been able to successfully connect to my 2023 Prius Prime (XSE), I have been comparing the Dr Prius State Of Charge (SOC) to the car's indicated SOC. I have not run the EV mode SOC to ----% zero yet, but all measurements point to the EV mode reserve being 16.5% on the bottom.

The Toyota App appears totally confused by the 2023 Prime.

16.5% reserve of the specified 13.6 kWh leaves 11.356 kWh for driving in EV mode. Yesterday the car said I averaged 4.6 miles/kWh so perhaps I will be able to achieve 52 miles in EV mode (11.356 kWh * 4.6 miles/kWh) sometimes. Another day the car told me only 3.7 miles/kWh which would estimate 42 mile EV range. (Florida temps - 90degF with AC set on 75-76 degrees)

Further tests point to the EV mode available capacity being 10.6 kWh or reserve of 22% of the 13.59 kWh Prime battery.
