To preface this, I bought my 2018 Prius Two certified used from the dealership. It came with fog lamps installed and wired but no way to turn them on. The dealership said my VIN indicated it didn't have them when it was manufactured so who knows why they are there.

That said, how can I go about making them work? Driving early morning and late night down here in South East Texas I see heavy, dense fog banks frequently so having fog lamps would be very helpful.
Recently a raccoon offed itself against my passenger fog lamp at ~60 mph and knocked the assembly back in so I had it replaced but the replacement assembly was a LED and the connector was different so I am guessing the lamps installed were halogen.

Is there a way to adapt the existing connectors for the LED ones? the part number used for the fog lamps came directly from the toyota parts store and is for my model.
Also, how can I "finish" the wiring so I can use the lamps? According to the parts info page, the fog lamps plug into the Parking Assistance Wiring harness.
