I just purchased this 2018 Prius Prime advanced a month ago. Not certain if this damage was already there at the time of purchase or if it's something I did. I wasn't really looking that closely at the side view mirrors. I think the heated mirror on the passenger side of my car melted the inner black trim piece. It's cracked in two places and is pulling away from the outside portion of the mirror. Is this a common occurrence.
