2018 Prius microphone not working

I purchased a 2018 Prius Prime Premium with 11.6" navigation radio. The microphone isn't working for voice commands or Bluetooth. I've tried the Care Care Nut reset trick by leaving the negative battery cable disconnected for overnight. I've also downloaded and installed Toyota 's latest radio firmware. A Toyota dealer recently performed a comprehensive car inspection and found no fault codes or pending codes on any systems.

Where do I begin to troubleshoot the microphone problem? How do I remove the roof console to try swapping microphone modules?
