2018 Prius 3 horrible Bluetooth phone call quality

    Have had the car for a month. Took to dealer after I noticed issue. The tech said nothing he can do. I have an iPhone 7 and the call quality is super static filled and distorted on Bluetooth. I have to constantly turn volume up and down. It is hard to understand sometime. I have tried unpairing and re pairing phone. It didn’t do it in my precious rav4 and it doesn’t do it in my wife’s suburban. Any tips? Do I just have to live with it? Normal stereo sounds fine, not fantastic but fine.

    I've noticed all the new cars we have it's like this. When I call my wife while she is in a car on the highway, no matter what phone she uses, all I can hear is the road noise.

    My 2018 Prius 3 has terrible bluetooth phone quality - everyone sounds distant.
    When I play music over bluetooth, the audio is totally fine, though it sounds better over USB.
    Also, all of the contacts that I have saved as favorites show some weird black & white photo instead of the photo saved in my phone.
