    It was $1500 in June.
    It was $1750 in July.
They now raised it to $2000 rebate (at least in CA and AZ) even before the last $1750 rebate expired.

I think the reason is the "ugly" styling (I love it); not the lower gas prices. It's sad that sales fell for the gen 4. I still love my car though.

Depends. What really matters is the total discount from the dealer plus the rebate.

How have the OTD prices changed?

I was going to wait until the next model year was available... but I might take advantage of one of these offers if I can find a four fully loaded.

Agree with you Bisco. I like being unique and driving something different than everyone else though I don't see the 4th gen Prius as ugly at all. Don't like being a lemming ;) J

Any one know where I can buy the black piano trim door for 2016 Eco Two . I have them in the front but not in the back doors.

Here in Miami I see a lot of Gen3. Gen 4 not really . I drive 83 miles a day. I am really cool with my Prius. Love it

Something to do with the release of the Prime, later this year ? For those who can live with 4 places and a smaller trunk, it would be the better Prius, at an affordable price. Just wondering...

In my case $2000 since I bought two.

Time for the lookie loos to buy a car.

Time to buy a Prius/like now.

What if the 'lookie loos' don't like what they see?

Well my 2012 Prius was rear end twice. The value went out the window. The worse part was the both time I was waiting not moving at all for the green light to come on .Yes the car got fix but we lose a few $ later. They were probably texting. We don't always win . Be happy with what u got.

Dragon, did you sue them for all they got??!

I joke a little, but I'm very happy with the way my new Prius looks. It's "different", and unique, and reminds me of something from Star Trek. (Or Star Wars?) I washed & waxed it again today, and I was admiring all the odd angles and creases and lines and curves, and the "lightning bolt" tail lights. :D

And I even fed the Goldfish in the headlights.

I got that Toyota $0 interest loan, for the total amount. Plus I think about $1500 off the sticker.

I wonder If the new model year sell as well as the previous proven product. I would normally not buy the first year. But in this case I did. Owning a Prius before and knowing how well the Prius has been engineered gave me confidence. So far, 5K miles it's flawless. Great technology improvements from my Gen 2 Prius. I guess Toyota has competition to the hybrid they invented.

For those looking for a specific color combination, especially in the fully loaded 4 or 4 Touring with all the packages, there are not many vehicles available.

If you're willing to take a color or model you don't like, then you can take advantage of these prices.

When I got my 4 w/ ATP & PCP I had a choice of $1000 or 60 months @ 0%. I took the 0% financing and still think I got a great car and great deal.

I still love the car, except wonder why I only get 58 or 59 mpg? How crappy is that?
Oh well, at least I don't have goldfish swimming in the headlamps, or super noisy tires. :D
