Finally got rid of my 2010 Prius that had 324,000 miles on it for a "newer" model. I have never had an American made car last so long!

I picked up a 2015 Prius that has the Softex Seats and nicer steering wheel. The seats aren't heated nor does it have the home link. Did Toyota offer the Softex Seats as an option for the 2015 trim model two? Is there anyway to confirm what trim model it is?

Or was there a base Model Four?

On another note I am well versed on messing with the EGR off my old car. Can anyone give me a link to show how to make the "Oil Catch Pan" to help keep the EGR system cleaner? If that is what it does.

Great run indeed! The Prius is Japanese made though, not American made.
You can register on the Toyota owners site & enter the VIN to see dealer reported service and vehicle details. You should be able to search online for a 2015 Prius brochure.

@Mendel Leisk has worked with the Oil Catch Can on his Prius.

EDIT: Please be sure to update your profile here on PC.

I was putting a quart of oil in the old one about every thousand miles! She was reliable.
