I have 2015 Prius 3rd generation that I bought a week ago from auction. There are 3 phones listed on my Prius bluetooth. I deleted them so many times and reset everything on the radio by holding the power button for 5-10 sec and permanently deleting all the files , nothing seems to work. I was able to connect my phone but, I am not able to use it as a default phone. Please help.
Here's how you factory reset the 2013 Prius audio system computer: 0) Maybe take photos of your radio station settings. 1) press the Setup (physical) button 2) press General. 3) scroll down and press Volume Settings 4) press Navigation Prompt Volume. 5) Now touch the screen six times: first touch just underneath the back arrow, then touch the bottom right corner, then repeat that sequence three more times. A hidden menu will appear. 6) In the hidden menu, press General. 7) press Down 8) press "Set Factory Defaults & Reset Nav Calibr" The system will reboot.
Yes sir. I was able to upgrade my computer. This is how you do it: 1- get a clean flash card 2- download the latest software on the flash drive 3- follow the video It works out pretty well for me. All the problems are gone in less than 5 min.
