Check engine is on, code reader says intake air temp sensor stuck high (-39C or something like that). I have a new sensor, but don't know where the old one is to replace it! Does anyone know or have access to service manuals to point me in the right direction?

The intake air temperature sensor is part of the mass airflow (MAF) sensor assembly. Is that what you bought?

If you follow the intake air ductwork on the front of the engine, you will find where the MAF sensor goes.

As mentioned by ChapmanF, the intake air temperature sensor is part of the MAF. For the 2014 Prius C it is mounted on the air box just before it joins the duct going to the throttle body. It is the first sensor with an electrical connector on it with 2 Philips screws
