2013 gen 3. I'm not getting 12v to speed sensor

    After getting the left rear hub changed the wire harness clip broke off after replacing the wire harness the wire got shorted out so there is no 12 volt power coming to the speed sensor does anyone know if this is a fused line all fuses under engine for abs are good
