My 2012 Prius 2 With 37k miles worked perfect until, parked in garage and next day tried to start multiple dash lights were on yellow triangle, battery, check engine, abs, traction slip indicator and check hybrid system warning. it Will not do anything when shifted into Fwd or Rev and never tries to start gas engine. Checked voltage on 12v battery its 12.3v. Charged it anyway no change. Reset check hybrid system by disconnecting both batteries for awhile and reconnected. hybrid system Warning disappeared and yellow triangle disapeared but the other warning lights stayed on. As soon as I put in gear all warnings came back. I checked fuses couldnt find any bad ones. Based on all my Research it could be Bad 12v battery, hybrid battery, inverter, pump for inverter.

I don't think it is inverter since am2 fuse is ok and the hybrid battery was fully charged
I don't think its hybrid battery because it says online car should still run and start
I don't think its inverter pump because it says it should start when cold

My only guess is something wrong with 12v battery low amps bad cell??
    Your thoughts anyone?

Have you put any kind of code reader on it yet?
You are not going to get very far trying to diagnose a prius without one.
Techstream is the logical choice. Torque will pull a lot of codes, but not too detailed.

Are you the original owner? 2012, that's not even 4,000 miles a year.
    Sounds like an underworked system.

You don’t need much to start a Prius, how old is the battery?
Check the jump point voltage to make sure the connections are good.
Other than that, yeah, as stated above, you need codes.
    Hopefully not the hybrid battery
