I have an iPhone 5 that connects to the Prius Bluetooth. It automatically connects as a phone and as a portable audio device. This (I believe) causes the text alerts to go through the Prius Audio (and is silent). Is there a way to connect the iPhone only as a Bluetooth headset and not as a portable audio device? Thanks
Yes. Press the "Setup" button and touch "Phone". Then touch "iPhone" or whatever you've named it. Touch "Disconnect for Music". If that's not exactly the right instructions then I will go out to the car and try it. But it's cold Edit: it might be under "Bluetooth" rather than "Phone"
