2012 Phone keeps un-syncing...

Purchased in October, dealer set up the syncing for me. Worked great until the last week and a half. Four times now the phone/car syncing has been lost. Each time I have gone through the whole process of re-syncing. Some times it works for a few days, sometimes less than an hour. It works, I make a cal.... a little later I attempt to make a call and the computer says there is no phone connected
