I did the Dr Prius battery health test once and got 55%. Cumulative delta voltage is as pictured on typical drive 4.25 to 4.54v. I'm still getting around 48mpg per tank consistently. Voltage diff I haven't ever seen above .3.

No battery codes, curious how bad these numbers are. From what I read the voltage diff was the big one to figure health, but as long as the numbers were pretty even it's good? Haven't seen any guides on what the cumulative voltage delta means and what's good for that.

The project lithium packs are in stock and $2,100 so wondering about people that have gone that route.

I have recently run this test on Toyota Yaris Hybrid 2019 with less than 12000km. And results are very similar both for resistance and for cumulative delta. AFAIU cumulative delta voltage shows max difference between charge and discharge voltage. So roughly that is one more way to estmate cell internal resistance. For 27 mOhm delta voltage of 4.4 volts correponds to about 160A current. Could it be 100A acveleration (23kW) followed by 60A regenerative braking (13kW)?
