2011 Prius Two Engine overheat and lack of power.

2011 Prius Two 261489 miles. Car overheats and lack acceleration power(feels like I'm towing a trailer). Car has been overheating without losing coolant and no codes present. Tracking temperature of engine with Hybrid Assistant app. Car will run between 195- 202 F on flat level highway at 60 mph. Car will go over 212 F on up hills going 40-60mph.
Car previously had headgasket done at Gasket Masters Montclair at 217,408 on 01/03/2023 felpro gasket and Znew water pump installed.
Brought Car to Hybrit Pit in Buena Park. Had engine swapped to Gen4 head/ Gen 3 block with updated pistons and rings. Car overheated before and after engine swap.
So far have had engine thermostat, engine radiator, engine water pump, new coolant, new silicone coolant hoses, new used rear struts. Tire inflation has been checked at 36 psi for front and rear.
Hybrid battery was running a project lithium v2.5 now running prototype v3.3.
Changing engine as well as hybrid battery has made no difference in lack of power or overheating.

Hybrid pit mentioned exhaust quite dented. I plan to have an exhaust shop inspect it soon as well. What else do I check? I'm thinking about putting a bypass kit on for heater core but currently my heat appears to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
